With the development of information technology and the increasing of medical information systems, medical isomeric systems and heterogeneous data are growing problems, making healthcare systems difficultly effectively sharing and exchanging data, hindering the development of healthcare information technology.IHE and HL7 proposed standards or solutions are international organizations to address the healthcare systems to share and exchange data. HL7 mainly defines the standard format of data exchanging and communication protocols about clinical and administrative information; IHE develops a collaborative working technology framework among heterogeneous health systems. In view of the medical domain's information isolated island problem, the digital health supporting platform DOP supported by Shanghai municipal science committee presents an integrated data integration methods and software platform based on dynamic modeling and model mapping, which has been applied in many Shanghai 3 A-level hospitals, but still lack of supporting IHE XDS and the HL7 CDA specification.This paper is set in the science and technology research project which supported by the Shanghai Municipal science committee, mainly studying how to achieve the DOP platform support of HL7 CDA standard and cross-enterprise documents sharing based on IHE XDS. This paper first deeply analyzes IHE XDS and HL7 CDA specifications; then combining DOP platform, presents a cross-enterprise document sharing solution which abides by IHE XDS and HL7 CDA standard, detailed expounds the design and implementation of DOP platform cross-enterprise document sharing framework which is based on the solution. In the application situation of actual project indicates that this framework is feasible and effective. Compares with traditional medical data sharing framework, the features of the framework are as follows:1) Providing cross-enterprise documents sharing function which is following IHE XDS standardThe framework adopts DOP platform as the IHE XDS document repository role, based on the open-source software to achieve DOP platform cross-enterprise documents sharing;2) Supporting HL7 CDA standardBased on dynamic modeling and model mapping of DOP platform, this framework achieves the solution of HL7 CDA documents, which makes support of HL7 CDA standard.
