Research On Field Networked Control Systems Based On Ethernet+TCP/IP

Feedback control systems wherein the control loops are closed through a real-time network are called networked control systems (NCS). NCS integrates computer, network, and automation control, as industrial control systems based on Ethernet technology is gradually filling in the field bus control system and applying in the control field communication, it becomes one of the hot focuses of the industrial control fields.In this paper, we consider random time delays of Ethernet industry, and the modeling of networked control systems based Ethernet is presented, with regard of the characteristics of uncertain network-induced delay, an idea of general predict control(GPC) is proposed in networked control systems. To overcome the influence of modeling mismatch and uncertainty of a system, an error predictive control is further built based on BP neural network. For the lack of real networked control system environment, A simulation pilot platform based on Ethernet networked control system was developed.
