| This paper is based on the state 863 plan project "Research on Standardization and Calibration of Oil and Gas Pipeline Detection Device" (No. 2006AA092324). Then develop a set of submarine pipeline detection equipment based on ultrasonic technique. Pipeline has become the main means of transport such as oil, gas and other energy. In order to ensure the safe operation of pipeline service, we should carry out regular testing, find problems and take measures. Ultrasonic detection technology for its high speed, reliable and economic, has been broadly detection method in non-destructive testing field . For this purpose, this paper developed a system based on ultrasonic flaw detection system of submarine pipeline, then process the echo signal, the final design of a friendly man-machine interactive interface which can display the pipeline display online.The paper describes the working principle of testing system, then by studying the developing situation of domestic and foreign ,combining the requirement of the state 863 funded projects, the paper gives the system reaching the expected performance parameters and indicators, then designs the overall design thinking and structural framework. The next chapter describes the hardware design of the core components in detail. First, the ultrasonic probe selection is a very important part of the whole system relies on the signal transmitting and receiving probe. In satisfied of accuracy requirements the paper then describes the situation of ultrasonic excitation circuit, transmitter circuit, receiving circuit, echo amplifier circuit and high-speed A / D data acquisition part. It samples submarine pipeline echo signal to complete the basic work of this topic, we use the wavelet theory to process echo signal,such as de-noising,extraction spike.then display the result in man-machine interface to show up . thus complete the submarine pipeline defects online system.The subject designs a complete testing system in laboratory .It simulates the real pipeline environment, by the paper designed ultrasonic echo flaw detection system and ultrasonic echo signal processing method, it can real time detect of the flaw situation and realise the line detection and analysis capabilities. The performance parameters and indicators by the paper expected has been come ture.The study of the topic has the practical significance. Not only on the long coastline of the pipeline in service inspection basis, but also in terms of ultrasonic echo signal has a certain reference value. |
