WMN is becoming the first select for modern digital battle field communications technology for its unique setting up without the fixed infrastructure and fast start and strong survivability etc. This thesis is researches and develops of a Wireless Mobile Mesh Networks agreement. Its name is AFSLS( Adaptive Fuzzy Sighted Link State). It combines a Wireless Mesh Network as the backbone of the characteristics of wireless coverage and Mobile Ad Hoc Networks, "Mobile" feature, It full use of the Mesh Network itself can be dynamically expanding, self-management, automatic repair, self-balance capacity, etc, It has strong vitality, known as "playing not cross the network." So it is very suitable for modern digital warfare environment.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the project, and then explains the structural characteristics and routing protocol for WMN and the Ad Hoc. In the full analysis and comparison the advantages and disadvantages for AODV, OLSR, A-HSLS, RA-OLSR, OSPF, NSLS, HSLS, FSR, GSR routing protocols. To design AFSLS routing protocols. Then it details the structure, characteristic and core technologies for AFSLS.With the Web development tools such as NS2, C + + / C, Tornado, VxWorks to simulate the AFSLS on the programming of its performance. Simulation results show that the algorithm with low delay, bandwidth is small, quick response to network topology changes, thereby ensuring uninterrupted network data transmission, WMMN for the character of moving and connect. Finally, this thesis bases the Network formation of WMMN and the application requirements for special occasions to cite two concrete applications for AFSLS in the mobile environment and vehicle systems construct.
