With the ever increasing development of RFID, it appears in most aspects of people's daily life. However, because of the over thinking of its restrictions on costing, more and more security problems of RFID are exposed recently, which highly shakes customers'confidence on this technology, and becomes a huge obstacle to the future of RFID.On the basis of this situation, the thesis has done a series of work on security area of RFID, which aims to improve the security and development of this technology, and wants to be a helper to the future work of security research as a fresh idea. First of all, basing on intensive study of fundamental knowledge and situation study of RFID both home and abroad, we analyze the potential security problems exist in RFID system, propose the idea that solve those secure problems from different aspects. Next, we study on the system of encryption algorithm, select out some algorithms fit RFID from it, and under the help of a method of random numbers, we design out a new dynamic encryption algorithm with the basis of several algorithms. We have simulated fundamental process of DEA by Visual C++ 6.0.Last but not least, after the research of existing authentication protocols of RFID, we scheme out a more confidential one, whose security be proved by BAN logic.The dynamic encryption algorithm proposed in this paper not be confined to the several algorithms mentioned, but could be used to more algorithms with the increasing hardware technology. What's more, the idea of this new algorithm can be applied to other domains. It is believed that this thought will bring new energy to the system of encryption algorithm.
