With the rapid development of the network technology, people have gained information depending on the network more and more continually. A wealth of information visits have highlighted the existing problems: the traditional structure of network has been unable to meet the demands of modern network. Much duplication of data transferring in the network affects the network performance and wastes the limited bandwidth. Among the many solutions, web cache technology is considered to the effective way of reducing server overload and reducing the delay of user's request. Because of the high rate of identifying redundant information, the accelerating system based on the data stream cache technology has been the mainstream of the cache technology. This thesis mainly discusses the accelerating system based on the data stream cache technology that deals with the IP packet, and refers synchronization and recreation of cache. After understanding and comprehending the existing technology related to cache—the technology of caching dynamic pages, replacement algorithm of objects in the cache, synchronization of cache and so on, we analyze the need, summarize the general target of system, and proposal an accelerating solution on the basis of the data stream cache technology. With the basic functions of system, we partition the whole system to many modules and accomplish them step by step. The modules contain communication protocol, data structure of the cache, synchronization and recreation of cache. Finally, we establish the applied environments and test all modules of the system, and access the availability, accelerating effect and stability of the system.Comparing with the existing cache technology, the accelerating system based on the data stream cache technology does not result to obtain outdated files and does not retransfer the file that is little change with the primary file. At the same time, the system has resolved the repetition in a file. As a result, the system improves the utilization of band-switch, the rate of data transmission and the availability of network. The system also resolves the bottleneck that the speed of accessing is slow, enhance the quality of network and make the band-switch achieve the maximum value.
