Chinese Mobile Group has involved in many brand new business by the rapid development of mobile communication in the recent years.Consequently, a traffic management network system is necessary to build, by which all the national mobile communication resources can be handled and optimized.As a result, the capability and efficiency of maintains of national mobile communication will be improved significantly.A IHP(interface between the net master in headquarter of Mobile Communication and one in the province departments) is a paramount part of the whole traffic management network.A giant amount of data, message will be transferred by the IHP to communicate between headquarter and province departments.The structural design has been carried in this paper based on the deliberated analysis of IHP requirements.Two basic technologies have been employed in the implementation of IHP, namely message interface and file transfer interface.The message interface is engaged to process the messages transfer between the headquarter and departments,by means of Manager/Agent reference model, self-defined message types and KPI data inspection, etc.The file transfer interface utilizes the model of Client/Server reference to manage the configuration, acquirement results.The reliability and security are improved by configuration and utilization group and trigger mechanisms of the middleware called IBM MQSeries. Programming and testing are also preformed in the paper and finally being justified by implementations.
