Design And Implementation Of Call Application Servier In VPMN Partiner Service

VPMN partner service is a unified communication service oriented business users. It merges with traditional VPMN service. VPMN partner service unifies CS domain and IP domain. It is based on desktop application and binding with mobile phone. VPMN partner service integrates many functions, such as contacts, voice phone, video phone, instant message, conference, OA etc. Call application server (AS) is a functional subsystem of VPMN partner service platform. The functions of call AS are controlling PC client and mobile phone in voice call and video call, and charge for PC client.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of call AS in VPMN partner service platform. This paper analyzes the service requirements of call AS and selects EB next core service platform (EB-NCSP) as the solution. Then, it proposes a design scheme of call AS, and realizes it.The achievements of this article are the design and implementation of call AS based on EB-NCSP in VPMN partner service platform. The call AS can controll PC client and mobile phone in voice call and video call, and provide multiple ringing policies. This article discusses how to use call AS and service control point (SCP) to crontrol the call route of VPMN partner service, designs the fault detection mechanism between VPMN partner service platform and SCP, and analyses the superposition of VPMN partner service and colorful ring back tone service.
