As the popularity of smart phone and universal of 3G services, mobile phone has been changed to a necessary tool for modern human beings, which is a set of entertainment, information inquiry and other functions.The related chain of mobile phone application is gradually formatting.In 2008,The Apple proposes the App store as a new business model first, by supplying third-party application software services for IPhone users, creating a new business model which is the integration of network with mobile phone.Then,all major equipment manufacturers, service providers have been involved in the application store, and the whole market is very prosperous.However, in today's mobile application store market, there also exist two questions:first, almost all mobile application stores have not achieved a breakthrough in the full sense of the system for different service providers, there exist the barriers.Second,it lack of digital copyright protection for the application.This article will address these two issues and gives a appropriate solution for them.Firstly, the digital copyright protection-related technologies, including cryptography-based, the SIM card and the basics of OMA DRM which is based on the separation between digital content and license distribution are researched.Then, the function of this system is analyzed,the design function of the system architecture and key processes are proposed, and then the key part of the whole system——the causes, purpose and mechanisms of digital copyright protection are analyzed, and in the fourth chapter,the digital copyright protection about the store based on SIM Card is researched and realized.Finally, the characteristics of this system is summarized and prospect of this system is described.
