| At the beginning of the thesis, the significance of terminal RF conformance test in telecommunication industry development is stated, as well as the hardware and software architecture of TD-SCDMA terminal RF conformance tester.In the thesis, the implementation of GMSK modulation accuracy and 8PSK signal transmit power measurement are discussed in details.In GMSK modulation accuracy measurement, from the aspects of the amount of operation and influence on received signal's SNR, several interpolation algorithms have been compared. The anti-frequency-shift capacity of synchronization algorithms with modulated TSC and raw TSC has been analyzed. The amount of operation and anti-frequency-shift capacity of different GMSK demodulation measures have been compared as well. With all the results, a best fitted algorithm has been formed with good anti-frequency-shift performance, low SNR loss, measure uncertainty and operation amount.In 8PSK signal transmit power measurement implementation, the difference of 8PSK and GMSK signal transmit power has been discussed. The algorithm of finding test count in 8PSK long term average test has been worked out through simulation. To solve the contradiction of measure time and uncertainty, fast estimation algorithm has been introduced as well.In this thesis, real network condition has been considered in terminal performance analyze in high speed environment. To tackle the drawbacks such as inconvenience of test set, out-of-synchronization of test and injustice of test in traditional test method, a brand-new method has been put forward in this thesis. In the new method, the test set provides the high speed condition instead of channel simulator while doing the terminal AFC and BLER test simultaneous.All the achievements in this thesis have been successfully implemented in terminal RF conformance test set and utilized in plenty of terminal companies, certification institutions as well as venders. |
