The User Behavior Analysis Based On The Context-Aware

The rapid growth of the information in the internet makes it increasingly difficult to meet people's needs for the service which did not distinguish the user difference. And as the growth of the User experience, the Website could not fully attract users by providing only wealthy information. User needs higher quality and better service in the network, which calls a higher demand for the site designing. The core of this paper is analyzing the user's behavior in the Web by using data mining techniques, and then founding the hidden knowledge. Therefore, the speed and accuracy of accessing to information should be improved.The importance of the research of user's behavior has been introduced in the field of the Web data mining. Secondly, the problems in current researches have been pointed out. In the current process of user interest mining, the impact of Web environment to the behavior modeling was not taken into account. Such as in different Web resource environment, the influences of user operating behaviors act on the interest mining and measuring are different. At last, a corresponding solution has been proposed:building the interest discovery model based on the Web context. In addition, the relevant knowledge applied to this research also has been described, which mainly includes data mining technique, Web mining technology and context-aware knowledge.In the second part of this paper, the concept of the context in the internet accessing has been presented. The user context, network resources context and device context also have been defined, and the influences of these three contexts to the user access behavior have been analyzed. According to this analysis, the network resources context influences the users mostly. Furthermore, this paper has defined the concept of context awareness, and discussed the calculation method based on previous research.According to the researches above, a user behavior analysis method which is based on the context awareness has been presented. This method focuses on the user interest modeling on different context information. Compared with the existing technology of interest modeling of access behavior, this method has more comprehensive consideration and accurate.Finally, a user behavior analysis system has been constructed, which is based on the context and suitable for each site. The system contains five logical processing modules, they are user identity module, Web context information pre-processing module, information-sharing module, model building of behavioral parameters module and interest deterring module. This paper set a blog website as an example to test this system, and introduced the Application situation. The feasibility and validity of this system have been proved by this example.
