Basic software is the cornerstone of the national informatization and information security, but it has always been our soft underbelly of national software services, and basic office software is the most widely used software outside the operating system software. At the same time, the dispute of document format at this stage also contributed to the Office's domestic process.NeoShine Office supports for word processing, form processing, presentation, drawing production, database functions, while supporting document format standard state administrative organs. With the development of software's localization, Office's applications will be made more widely. This article will examine how the secondary development based on Microsoft Office, made the operating system's successful migration to the Office platform.There are two forms of Microsoft Office's Secondary development, based on VBA and COM component. This paper studies the two forms of secondary development of transplant.NeoShine Office system architecture use the UNO component technology, which provide a variety of programming languages, different object models, different machines, as well as LAN or the Internet, interoperability among different processes of capacity. With the UNO technology, NeoShine Office can achieve similar secondary COM component technology development; also NeoShine Office provides Office Basic macro programming language which is similar with VBA.Through the research of the offices principle and system architecture. This article will give UNO component technology based programming method and examples, which can be mapped to Microsoft Office on the implementation of COM component technology.
