Architecture Of Beacon Platform And Its Application In The Fast Development Of MIS Software For Small And Medium Enterprises

Raids along with the informationization tide, many enterprises used the different type to suit own management software to optimize their business operation, thus has promoted their production efficiency and the core competitiveness. However, the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as a result of their own characteristic, in the market there are not suited management software to the SME completely at present. It caused the SME has been desolated by the informationization tide, but the huge quantity of SME was precisely affects our country economy, so many people start to pay attention to the development of SME management software.This paper begins with informationization construction of SMEs'management software, and detailed their present situation, the background and the development. After then the management software's construction of SMEs has been carried on the simple description. The MVC mode-based of Beacon platform is introduced. On the base of the Beacon platform, the model with financial management module, human resources management module, office automation management module and inventory management module as the core of management software to SMEs has been completed. After the introduction of the model, some furniture manufacturing company is as a case in the paper. Simple descript and analysis its business processes and current management situation. On the base of the management software model of SMEs, completed the construction of management software to the furniture manufacturing company. Then the value of Beacon fast development platform to the management software of SMEs is confirmed.In this paper, the main results are as follows:(1) Research on the current situation of management software for SMEs: base on the background of SMEs informationization construction, analysis characteristics and problems of management software for SMEs in China. (2)Research on the fast development platform base on the MVC mode: because of the problems of management software of SMEs, SMEs need a stable and secure fast development platform to support their management software from the perspective of development management software. Summarized the disadvantages of the traditional development model to SMEs, and detailed research several key technology of Beacon fast development platform.(3) Analysis of a large number of management software of SME, pooled and analyzed its functions, and detailed design model of management software for SMEs. Then the management software model of SME is completed in the Beacon platform.(4) Some furniture manufacturing company introduced is evaluated by management software model of SME. Based on the business process of company, the suitable management software to the company is completed.
