Realized the News issue function, the Online message function, the online investigation function, the personnel management function, the teacher evaluation function and the Elective function. on this basis, the characteristics and development Trends of WebGIS were analyzed, and the technology was applied into this system, using Vector Scalable Graphics, many basic functions of map Services were realized, such as map scale, roaming and eagle eyes, the layer control, attributes query, buffer analysis and so on. an association between map data and information database were also deigned, the synchronization of the spatial data and attribute data was realized. Using object pool technology in the process of system development, we solved the network congestion phenomenon during elective peak, through optimizing selection algorithm the fairness problem in the process of selection was solved. And various security policy to make sure the safety and reliability of the system were designed.This system can not only solve the problems such as the incomplete of basic data, backward of information collecting and storing, slow and error of statistics etc.but also solve the problem of lacking the integration between spatial data and the attribute data of the traditional information management system, provides a network, spatialization, dynamic information management platform and makes the campus information management be more scientific and standard.
