The high-speed railway transportation has the significance to the national economy development. With the development of the high-speed railway, transportation ability, and speeding up the railroad speed, we must safeguard the railway transportation safe operation, so defect inspection of rails becomes more and more important to ensure the safety. Crack and the welded joint flaw is one of breakdowns which often occurs in the railroad equipment parts, should use the advanced technical method and carry on highly effective and the reliable examination to it, achieve prevention from accidents before they occur.Aiming at the difficulty of overhauling the high-speed railway damages by manual work, overcome the disadvantages of manual inspections and to adapt the trend of automatic inspections, and combined with our lab's research experience in this field, this paper design a novel portable surveymeter based on the electromagnetic is proposed.The main contents are as fellows:(1)After analyzing various electromagnetic detetion principles, the initial permeability method is chosen as detecting method.(2)Using 32-bit MPU S3C44BOX as the core of the hardware, including a sensor design, excitation circuit, signal processing circuit, A/D conversion circuit and control circuit of S3C44BOX core, which has the advantages of simple circuit and high ability of anti-interference. In order to make the testing equipment intuitive and easy-to-use, the system provides a good human-computer interface, including a display, keyboard operation and so on. It is mainly making by integrated chip which has small size, light weight, low power consumption and, easy to carry, so at the scene is convenience to detect.(3)This paper analysis and research the software designing ofμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system andμC/GUI. Then mainly discusses the transplantation of process and method on the hardware. The same time, each function module of driver is described in detail.The software system followed modular software design, top-down design ideas, stable and reliable. After analyzing various arithmetics, segment least square method is used to fit curve, and the accuracy is improved.The system is economical, portable, high performance-cost ratio, and has friendly man-machine interface and effective algorithm. The fact indicates that this system can satisfy the actual requirements in data processing and real-time control, and better test results has been achieved in high-speed railway of non-destructive testing.
