Intelligent Tutoring System is the traditional computer aided instruction, Artificial Intelligence and Cognition cross-cutting areas such as multi-disciplinary, ITS as a concept, formed in the 70s, It is important research topic in AI. Through a multi-disciplinary integration of education, computers, AI, cognitive science and behavioral science, ITS want to achieve the best individualized teaching process.National ITS research started late, mainly for the part improvements of CAI. the current intelligence Guidance System have many problems.(1) The system's intelligence id lower .Can not provide a suitable educational content according to the level of the learner, can not give the corresponding recommendations according to the learner's current weaknesses.(2) Compared to normal teaching methods, online education has many resources that can be collected, summarized and utilized, such as student access logs, the situation of answser and so on.(3) the lack of effective mechanisms for Guidance. In the network learning, learners have the large arbitrary, even very blindly roaming, do not know what to learn, or how to learn, not only awaste time and not to reach learning objectives.So a clear and effective guidance is necessary.On the basis of deeply research into the knowledge representation methods of the intelligent tutoring system,the paper puts forward a scheme of the intelligent tutoring system on the basis of a knowledge-point as the center,adopts the knowledge point as the composition unit of the educational resources and establishes knowledge system through the relationship between the knowledge points.The paper implement the intelligent tutoring tactics combining web datamining, artificial intelligence, theory and fuzzy theory.
