Distributed optical fiber temperature sensing technology is a high-tech for the real-time measurement of temperature, which is hot in sensor field. The research condition of distributed optical fiber sensing technology is introduced in this paper. Deep research is taken on the principle of Raman scattering and a temperature sensing system based on the spontaneous Raman scattering is designed. The experiment system of optical part and the photoelectric conversion part is built to study the effects of sensing fiber and power on the signal. The diagram of signal acquisition and processing system is given, and the functions of acquisition, de-noising, temperature demodulation and graphics are realized. The system has been designed and achieved. Finally, according to the problems of cumulative average algorithm, the wavelet is introduced, and the effects of different wavelet de-noising methods are verified by simulating, a method combined with cumulative average algorithm and wavelet modulus maximum is proposed, shortening the system's measurement time and improving the system performance.
