News headline is of great importance in the news reports, when the reader reads the news headlines, he also changes ideas with author. Though there are many researches of the newspaper headlines both in the news communication circles and in the linguistics circles, few studies have touched upon its internal relationship:the relevance models among the headlines. This article takes 3001 pieces of multiple headlines from and as the language material source, as a basis. I carried on a lot's of study regarding to the relevance models among the headlines in one piece of multiple headline. And used the relevance theory, which produced by D.Sperber and D.Wilson in 1986, and the other Pragmatics theories to analyze the relevance between news content and the context of reader reading news. In this article, I discovered some different types, explained them, analysed the process that how readers respond to the relevance among headlines. And found that the direct relevance model tried to give the maximally relevance and the indirect relevance model tried to give the optimal relevance. Compared with the structure of complex sentence, the structure of relevance model was more diverse and complicated. At the same time, I found that the author and the reader of news have different cognitions to the relevance of headlines.
