Research On Data Mining Methods In Academic Journal Network Operation And Management

With prompt development of computer technology and wide application of data base and its management, more and more data has been stored up. It is particularly important to find out the knowledge that people real need from these massive data. As a multidisciplinary interdisciplinary, data mining can find out useful models and rules from massive data and it is an important mean to get knowledge from data, although data mining technology has penetration to all aspects of society, few of them apply to academic journal. The paper using "Journal of Integrated Network Operation and Management Platform" for the application background., aiming at the business data of the platform, basing on business databases and subject-based data warehouse, use data mining techniques on the efficiency and quality of management journal issue has been studied. The results of the study is formed a new quality management rules, and applies it to the operation and management of academic journals online.Firstly, research the method on detecting academic misconduct, then design a text copy checking algorithm based on string matching. By extracting the features of paper in various magazines, establish information data warehouse of paper information, utilize the detecting method that have been designed, through two modules to check the academic misconduct. First filter the papers on the data warehouse by directions and keyword, narrowing the scope of comparison, then, check the summary of the paper by KMP algorithm, and display the same text. The staff can be as soon as possible to identify and find out academic misconduct by this method.Secondly, research the data mining method on cast and review information. Analysis the source of information base on mining statistical analysis, while, a reviewer of the cluster analysis is propose. The former provide a basis for staff to understand the source from research, fund types and other aspects, the latter, provide a basis for staff to built reviewers database and sent for screening reasonable. Finally, aiming at the characteristics of the log file produced by operation and management system, this paper analysis the log by statistical mining base on data warehouse technology.
