With the computer and network technology continuing to develop, as well as expanding the scale of production, used in the field of industrial control hardware and software are increasingly more and more in the type of equipment, system integration is becoming increasingly complex and difficult. To solve this problem, OPC technology came into being, which provides a standard data access mechanism, greatly reducing the system integration process in the duplication of work. OPC server and hardware devices connect commonly used fieldbus technology, but now a variety of fieldbus products due to the differences in the agreement can not be achieved working together and interoperability. BACnet standard is an open building automation network data communication protocols, and highly versatile, able to realize interconnection between devices. BACnet therefore introduced to the field of industrial control can effectively compensate for the lack of fieldbus.In this paper, the standard of the OPC and BACnet protocols based on in-depth study is proposed based on BACnet protocol OPC server design programs to address the monitoring system and on-site hardware interconnection and interoperability issues, construction out an effective and complete monitoring system. As for the characteristics of the network for the monitoring system, propose new algorithm to ensure the MS/TP network for real-time, design BACnet underlying data collection module, and then complete the BACnet protocol data with the OPC data conversion, and increase the support of the man-machine interface, so that OPC server has more flexibility. In order to provide the database interfaces to other industrial monitoring and control software, design the OPC server database system, improve the efficiency of OPC data access.The external interface is a standard OPC OPC server to provide data outside the only channel, OPC server development is also a part of the most difficult to achieve. This article is based on the OPC server in the field of industrial control requirements of external interfaces, using Tear-off custom developed interface technology, only need to call the interface to instantiate, so not only shorten the development time, but also saves system resources.Finally, implement the design of parts of the OPC server, and test real-time and applied from the perspective of the various indicators on the server, the test results show that the system to complete the desired design goals, to meet the specialized machinery and equipment for on-site monitoring of application requirements.The OPC server design is completed, and Keda Electric Co,Ltd. In Guangdong Province has applied it to the project in Enshi to good effect.
