In the Data Fusion system based on Multi-object, how to ensure the Data Fusion Algorithm is executed correctly and efficient is the core of the study. Faced to the unknown complex multi-data source, the data flow not only play a good supporting role to the business functions in the system, but also makes the data flow give maximize service for Data Fusion Algorithm. Meanwhile, the data flow is restricted in the different system structure, communication protocols and increasingly congested network conditions, these conditions put forward higher requirements on the compatibility, effectiveness and stability of the system, it is also a critical challenge for the system developer.This dissertation is based on Microsoft VC6.0 as a development tool, it carry out dynamic data processing mechanism and distributed system architecture, while it use SQL Sever2000 as a backup database. This constitutes the Integrated Services Module which includes data collecting, data update, data sending, data backup and history data inquiries. The server program and the terminal program are installed on different computer respectively, it uses a special channel for data communication, and eventually system could achieve data sharing, situation synchronization. Real time data and data sharing are the characteristics of the system.The dissertation is based on data fusion theory. There is some difference between normal data fusion and multi-sensor data fusion in theory and application. In addition real-time processing technology which include real-time data processing and real-time transaction processing also has its own unique characteristics and applications. The dissertation has illustrated the advantage of the real-time processing technology's application in data fusion system. Combination of the above theoretical background, this dissertation includes following several parts:(1) The dissertation has some description on the system organizational structure, design and business processing of each functional module, and gives the exact definition on the operational features and the job scope of the server and the terminal node. (2) According to the system's functional requirements, design the reasonable process and mechanisms for the data collecting, data updating, data delivery and back-up, these strategy and plans ensure the real timing of data flow and provide very well support for fusion algorithm.(3) Obtained the technology index after the system executing, these index could illustrate the strategy of real-time data processing is very reasonable, however the system is still existing some shortcomings, we should make some improvement on the system for further study.
