Fabric defect detection system is a kind of system that uses machine vision to replace the manual detection. It can overcome artificial missed detection and mistaken detection, thus improves the quality and rate of production, makes improves in textile science and technology. Therefore, there are technology and market value in exploratory research on this system.Firstly, introducing the selection and design of image acquisition system based on the requirements of the system,such as cameras, capture cards, lenses and other equipment. Then carrying out and completing industrial computer and the camera's communication and image acquisition; Secondly, scoring the camera with Halcon camera calibration software through the traditional two-step calibration Tsai, and prepare for the future application; Finally, achieving the splice of the two images with the application of the method based on gray-scale, and accelerating the speed of matching with the grid. Then bringing about the seamless image stitching with weighted average . Among them, the focus of this thesis are the installation of the hardware in image acquisition system,the manufacture of calibration plate,the maintenance of Halcon software and fabric images stitching, which are innovations.Fabric defect detection system can collect high-speed and clear images, then the complete the manufacture of calibration plate and calibration of linear camera, finally, realizing the splice of the images collected by two binocular camera. These pre-work laid a good foundation for future fabric defect identification and grade.
