Recent years, as the construction of information system for the system of ERP, production and management have been greatly improved. Some management and economic benefits also have been presented. However, for the presence of some reasons,in some enterprise, the automation level is not high, equipment small, single function, backward transmission, low data security, management confusion and other factors. This makes inter-communication and data exchange between modules lack of effective links, the formation of information islands. Users can't take the advantages of entire benefits and potential of information system.For solving these problems, the dissertation represent an establishment of the Integrated Management Information System which named ERP-JXC, and an integration of the factory automation control systems and information management system. It has solved the problem of independent system inter-communication, and acquisition and processing centralized the enterprise business data, and information sharing. Additionally, the implementation of information system integration decreases the cost of applying information system, enhances the security and management efficiency, makes good use of every part of the whole system.Combining with the status and requirements for the enterprise information system in one domestic manufacturing industry, this paper introduce the J2EE architecture and technology to design and implement a ERP management system. Based on the platform of Java architecture, the paper creates a new method to develop ERP-JXC system using the three-tier design mode, data access interface based on entity type and multithreading framework. In addition the system structure and functions are described. Especially some relative key technology and database design are discussed detail during the system. At last the dissertation concludes the system development and gives an overview of future work.
