With the development of Internet and multi-media in the wireless communication, there is an increase in the requirement of wide band high-speed data transmission, while the transmission speed can be only accelerated by single process as a result of constraining with spectrum resource. It is a trade of investigating new technology to achieve fast transmission speed and excellent service quality. The Space-time Code imports the transmits into correlative combination, which increases code gains and diversity gains with elevation of spectrum efficiency. Moreover, the Space-time block code will become the key technology in the next generation wireless communication since it has such a simple coding algorithm.The research is developed with space-time block coding in wireless communication, and the work of this paper is viewed as follows:(1)The Space-time coding based on orthogonal and quasi-orthogonal singles is investigated in this paper. The coding matrix linked with different transmits is simulated by the real-value signal and complex-value signal, and the effect of different modulations on the error coding is worked over. The advantages and disadvantages of coding algorithm are contrasted in this paper.(2) The transmission algorithm of spread spectrum sequence is introduced to fulfill the demand of rapid transmission speed and the coding speed, which is based on the mechanism of Space-time Code. The coding speed is accelerated further since there is a coordinate transmission in the emission stage, and the maximum limitation of coding speed is improved when the performance of error coding is basically retained.(3) The space-time block coding scheme based on four transmit antennas is implemented to achieve full diversity and rate transmission, afterwards the stepped coding is used to encoded the co-channel signals. Therefore the error codes are improved and the transmission speed is extremely accelerated.
