For the purpose of optimizing the production management of power plant and controlling the generating cost, the dynamic cost analysis system for power plant is proposed. First of all, the component factors of generating cost are analyzed, and the computing models of fixed cost, variable cost and generating cost are further studied in this thesis. In addition, according to the features of power generation enterprises, overall architecture is designed, and the models which are components of dynamic cost analysis system, such as the data acquisition model, cost computing & analysis model and results display model, are described in detail.The thesis analyzes the component factors of generating cost, designs the data model of variable cost in power plant, and studies and builds the computing models of fixed cost, variable cost and generating cost. The system is implemented by using the software architecture of J2EE technology, component and framework. The data acquisition platform is implemented by the C/S structure of SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit) technology. The cost computing & analysis model and result display model are implemented by JSF (Java Sever Faces), EJB (Enterprise JavaBeans) component technology and B/S structure. The dynamic cost analysis system has the advantages of flexible expansibility and highly reliability, and has been applied in power plant.
