J2EE-based Logistics Costs Management System For Tobacco Business

The Tobacco Logistics Cost Management System, TLCMS is application software for cost management system research which faces on the logistic department of tobacco business enterprises. Based on "Tobacco Logistics Cost Management Method and Accounting Standard of Tobacco Business Enterprises" which is promulgated by China Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, It helps the tobacco business enterprises of our country biuld logistics cost management systems properly, and uses information technology to support management system. There are three layers in the TLCMS, tobacco logistics cost accounting layer, tobacco logistics cost bugeting layer, and tobacco logistic performance evaluation layer. Based on research of cost accounting standard, the TLCMS can automatically accumulate vouchers, automatically make assessment target, controll cost-in-process. It will achieve the purpose of precisely control all cost that made in the logistics process, bring down logistics cost, raise efficiency of delivery, improve quality of service according use of the system.Using the iterative Rational Unified Process (RUP) as the development tool, UML as the description language for analyzing and designing, J2EE-Archetecture as the technical architecture platform, by means of a comprehensive analysis of the system, this paper makes clear that the TLCMS must have the peculiarity of low coupling, good reuse, and flexible expansion. And accordingly makes a compare and choice in some kind of architectures. The system needs to contain logistics cost accounting, logistics cost bugeting, logistics cost warning management, logistics car management, logistics cost analysis, logistics cost table and so on. In this paper, I detailed designing, coding and testing to the warning management module for instance.This paper analyzes domestic and foreign development status of logistics cost management system, describes background and problems of system development. It briefly describes the overview of this system, summarizes the requirements capture method of the system. It simultaneously details the process and the results of requirement description and analysis.According to the comparison, I choose the system architecture and detailed design and description to the cost warning module which is an important module of the system. Then I describe the code of its key parts. Finally, according to the requirements of the software engineering, I describe the process and results of testing.In this paper, the following key issues are solved:First, the unity of management system is realized. Based on unified process of cost manage system, the system meets diverse requirements from different users.Second, the system must be flexible and adaption. In the process of implement, the tobacco logistics cost manage process will be more perfectly. So the system must adjust to different requirements.Third, the system must be easy to use. In order to manage the logistics cost scientifically and accurately, we need to prevent more complex of the system using as the tobacco logistics cost manage process will be more complex.Fourth, the using of system must make work more automatic, more quickly and more accurately.Now, the TLCMS is being used in ZunYi Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in Guizhou Province and Nanchong Tobacco Monopoly Bureau in Sichuan Province.After gradually improving in testing period. The two cities achieved the aim that "optimizing the business process of logistics and controling the cost of logistics". And both of the two projects have been acceptance successfully. The development and implementation of this software have a profound historical significance for raising fine management level of tobacco business enterprises.
