The development of the information age, a large number of information systems are uesd in all areas of modern construction, People have become more dependent on the software systems. The cost of system development and maintenance becomes higher, and the system becomes more complex. Especially with the mergers and acquisitions between companies, the company's business change very faster. We need a new IT system to meet their changing business development.This new architecture is called SOA (Services-Oriented Architecture). It is based Web services to enable enterprises to get rid of the shackles of technology solutions-oriented, easy to deal with rapid changes in business needs.This article revolves around service-oriented architecture design and implementation to start on. In this project that the bank system already has a fairly complete SOA-based infrastructure system and basic ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), a part of the systems have been redesigned into service components. Focus of the study is based pan in the existing SOA system; the components of the National Accounting System, from a national accounting system to the SOA data exchange between systems and business converge.This article focuses on service-oriented architecture is how to achieve. The operating environment of these systems is relatively independent within the system more complex, if SOA technology to achieve through the business between the data processing and interaction is our problem to be solved.In the actual development, we are the bank's national accounting system characteristics, the introduction of packaging mechanism (Wrapper). Let the National Accounting System use the SOA Wrapper to finish the receive message and send message and function. So we can make the business exchanger between the bank host system and the National Accounting System.
