At present, the information level of rice varieties identification in our country is very low. To improve the identification efficiency of rice varieties and its fairness, to monitor the identification process and avoid wrong operation on data, etc. are the most important issues for management department of agricultural varieties. As the business of identification rice varieties is a process of strong time sequence which crosses over regions within long period, so the thesis introduces the thought of workflow, UML methods and RBAC to study application system suitable for business process of identification rice varieties.This thesis analyzes and studies the business process of identification rice varieties fully. In view of the characteristic of this field, it incorporates the thought of workflow, utilizes UML methods and G-RBAC security policies to construct workflow model of identification rice varieties based on UML and RBAC.Firstly, the originate business process is optimized through incorporating the thought of workflow. Web technology and business process reengineering. In this way, the management model of web-based business process and concept model of workflow are built. In addition, an authorization model of workflow is also constructed.Secondly, the workflow model of system is built, and the organization model and function model of system are described by use-case diagram. In addition, the behavior model is described by sequence diagram, collaboration diagram, activity diagram and state diagram. At the same time, the formal conceptual definition is given for organization model, function model, resource model and behavior model of business process respectively.Finally, it builds the architecture model of system based on UML. On the other hand, some crucial technology, such as the improved role access control mechanism, G-RBAC, the plan and design of data, safe access to system code, exchange of heterogeneous data question, the grouping and numbering algorithm, etc. are introduced.The identification system of rice variety has been put into practice. The result shows that the identification efficiency of rice variety is improved greatly, the testing data become more accurate and safe, wrong statistical data is avoided and fairer rice variety identification is reached.
