The Design And Implementation Of Online Examination System

To avoid unnecessary duplication of effort, saving time and human resources, Significantly reduced the probability of missing papers mistakes, and I developed a practical model of online examinations subsystems. The development process include two aspects:Frist, It is include background of the establishment and maintenance of database. Second, It is include front-end applications and the development.System architecture design by JSP+Struts, Database use SQL Server2000, the use of JAVA (JAVA SERVER PAGES) JSP technology, the database connect through Tomcat connection pool, the various operations on the database use the DAO way to encapsulate, It is developed an on-line examination subsystems..The examinations of results could be directly sent to the database for statistics, classifications and other operations. Students will be asked questions on the server, It is through ID and password to entry examinations subsystems, the answer is stored in servers examinations subsystems, such examinations fairness,So the security of the answer can be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, the use of network online examinations will be beyond the examination development trends.The system maintains a database, it include test management subsystem subsystems and test systems. students can login,examine and inquirie results operating through the test subsystem. System administrators can manage the user,GRE and test score and other operations by background processing. There are four main modules at the reception desk,including students log on/log off system, the examination system, results inquiry system and information to modify the system. There are four main modules backgrounding,personnel management module, GRE management module, papers management module, Examination Management module. Function of each module and the detail has been reflected in the article.
