People demand more and more advanced tools as the swift development of modern science and technology. They hope to invent an auto-mechanism which is general,soft and smart. It is different from the traditional one,because it can simulate at most one functions of human's apparatus, and can do these jobs which can only done by people before.This wonderful hope offers an important and deep subject to the modern science,that is to reality the function of human's body,and design the methods intellective to perform them.Thermal spraying is one kind of surface covering technology which is to spray the special material to the surface of pieces in order to enhance the special quality of the piece.Gas poisonous,high temperature,high press and lights blazing will bring during the process of spraying,these are harmful to human being,and in some environments which demand the high accuracy,we can not accomplish without the help of robot.This subject is offered by LERMPS(Laboratoire d'Etudes et de Recherches sur les Materiaux, les Procedes et les Surfaces) of UTBM,we can perform the geometry sculpting functions similar to the functions of RobotStudioTM based on the core software of Open Cascade,we also increased some functions suitable in order to create the path of robot quickly.This system based on the software of Open Cascade which is produced by the company of Matra Datavision,It is designed to treat the object graphical,It is made of the library of C++,and can provide the produce of 2D and 3D objects,we can using these functions as we need.Integrated with VC++,we can produce the basic geometry objects such as:(1) box, prism,cylinder,ball and so on.(2) analyze the quality mathematic of the shape.(3) some advanced operations such as:bool operation transfer,hollow,swift.(4) analyze the transversal in order to making the painting path.We can provide these main functions of RobotStudioTM,we also increase functions to analyze the surface of piece,which make the path making work more easy,and that can offer a method for us to the new developing jobs.
