A fabric woven by dyed yarns changing with different forms of point, line and surface could present different colors on the same piece of fabric to form a mixed effect of a color space. After analyzing various types of color fabric, we finded that interlacing fabric with different colors of warp and weft was a basic style of color woven fabric. The color blending effect of fabric woven by different colors of longitude and latitude silk was often discussed theoretically, and it was studied singularly from the aspect of color lightness, chroma, hue characteristics.(1)This paper studied the chromatics theory of color fabric with different warp and weft's colors and then set down an experiment program through analyzing the similarity and difference between color mixing effect of plane apposition with two colors and color fabric.Colorful silk was embodied by fabric though warp and weft intersection points, which was similar to the color blending effect of plane apposition with two colors, so it could be discussed by relevant color additive color mixing effect principles of CIE chromatics. Fabric was a non-pure planar structure interweaved from top to bottom by longitude and latitude silk, so there must be some distinction between factual mixing effect and academic blending effect of color fabric. Using silk, equal warp and weft direction high-density sample woven fabric could get a more stable silk colors, lower porosity reduction, more consistent thread buckling patterns, thus we could obtain objective and credible test results.(2)Using various colorful silk with a wider range of the brightness value, saturation value, and hue angle value and plain weave to prepare fabric with a various configurations of colorful warp and weft silk, we researched the influence of longitude and latitude's color on color blending effect of fabric by analyzing the consistency and contrast of fabric's practical and theoretical color property values. The lightness, chroma, and hue of a color fabric were generally consistent with Glassman's color blending rule. The interwoven of warp and weft silk had different influence on the lightness, chroma, and hue angle of color blending fabric. Within a certain range of difference between the brightness values of longitude and latitude's color, the interlacement of warp and weft silk enhanced fabric's lightness. Generally, the interweaving of silk reduced the saturation of color fabric and had little effect on the hue of color-blending fabric. There was no clear relationship between brightness of fabric and saturation, hue of latitude and longitude's color, but saturation of color fabric had a certain connection with lightness, hue of warp and weft's color.(3)By arranging test program of double satin weaves, the paper studied the percentage of warp and weft on total area of fabric surface impact on color mixing effect of fabric. Changes of longitude and latitude's percentage on fabric surface area were often accompanied by changes of buckling degree of the interlacement. Under normal circumstance, the more buckling the warp and weft, the more obvious the advancement of fabric's color brightness blending and the reduction of fabric's saturation, but hue was not affected.(4)Setting several programs about different distribution of intersection point and distributing style of organizational points, different programs of draft arrangement and warp tensions, this thesis discussed the related elements of fabric impact on the color mixing effect of interwoven fabric with chromatic warp and filling silk.Under square interweaving point condition, when longitude and latitude silk distributed more dispersed, the brightness value of fabric would improve more obviously but would debase more evident for rectangle interlacing point conditions, saturation value of blend fabric falled more visible accompanying with the exaltation of the dispersion of the warp and weft organization points, which had nothing to do with interwoven point patterns of fabric. the distribution of warp and weft organization point had little impact on hue of color fabric. When longitude and latitude points collocate equably, measured values L of color blending fabric would be more close to theoretical values L*, saturation values of fabric would reduce remarkably, actual hue values would approach more obviously the theoretical value. When the number of heald frames was not big, different draft methods had little effect on color blending of fabric; when warp tension T increased, L and h values of the fabric will gradually decreased, but while the tension get to a certain value, the reducing tendency would get flatten, magnitude of tension T had little effect on C values of fabric.
