Study On Guo Songtao's Documentation Accomplishments

Guo Songtao is not only a well-known statesman, diplomat, but also a wealth of academic writing scholar in Xiangyin Hunan Province in recent history of China. His works totaled over four kinds and more than 6 million words,are highly remarked by other scholers. However, up to now, there're less enough and systematic research upon Guo Songtao's academic achievements. Based on existing research, this paper select perspective of the literature to commentary Guo Songtao's writings, characteristics of literature and the significance of academic history,and that in order to recognize Guo's Literature achievements.This paper is mainly divided into three parts:First, Guo Songtao's writings commentary,according to classic historical for class to statistical review the important writings of Guo Songtao, and overall system to recognize Guo Songtao's writing situation; Second,GuoSongtao's literature study, from the perspective of Guo's important writings,and select Guo Songtao study on "Zhouyi", "Lijizhengzhu", "Shiji", "Zhuangzi" to deeply study his literature;Third, Guo's significance in modern academic history.Summarize the characteristics of Guo's literature study under the Late Qing Dynasty academic background,and give a fair evaluation of Guo's significance in the recent academic history.
