The Design And Implementation Of VoIP Transit Server Based On SIP Protocol

With the development of Internet around the world, IP phones have been widely used. The technology of IP phone based on PC has become more and more sophisticated. The demands of IP phones also increase day by day.SIP-based VoIP server is in Europe, which cases a lot of programs in daily work, such as the statistics of users' information. To solve those problems, this thesis presents the conception of transit server. The client and the server no longer communicate directly, but by the transit server. The transit server analysis the data packet sent by the client or the server, saves the relevant data, repackages the data, and then sends to the European server or the client.By the transit server, we can statistic the use of VoIP in a certain moment conveniently, which can help us to offer targeted incentives and gain greater economic benefits. The paper shows the design and implementation of the transit server based on SIP protocol. At the end of this thesis, the next work of the transit server in prospect.
