The information era centering by customer demand which services require even higher level of customization. Hopefully, people desire the most valuable information from the enormous informational sea immediately. With the ubiquitous utilization of cell phone or PDA device, the Internet pervade to an unprecedented extent. Mobile information services become the most crucial application of the Mobile Internet by providing real time customizable service. The current mobile information service barely satisfied the customer not only by the limit of mobile end devices, but also by the unavailability of precise information and vacancy of customization. Meanwhile, the Mobile Subscription lends its own technological advantages to the effective solutions and draws interest of researcher.In this paper, we focus on the improvements of mobile subscription's effectiveness. We introduce conceptions of Information Value, which becomes the fundamental guidance of information service's improvement. Considering the relativeness, customization and time effectiveness, we make a thorough research and analysis of the required basic theories and techniques based on the analysis of the information value.In this paper, we employ the personalized ontology to make a comprehensive description for customer interest and domain knowledge. We utilize semantic query extension and ontology match to improve precision and recall, furthermore, we introduce the calculation of Information Value and Information Value based ranking algorithm. We make reasonable adjustment according to the Information hot spot ranking for generating customizable RSS seed. We also use KXML to parse the seed for the end mobile device. We introduce the conception, techniques and architecture of vertical subscription based on the techniques mentioned above which centered by Information Value, incorporating RSS, mobile and ontological techniques for developing mobile subscription system.The rest of this paper, we apply vertical subscription to specific domain, such as stock exchange information service. We design and implement Information Value based mobile stock exchange information subscription system. The system traces the latest information through RSS techniques dynamically, and constructs personalized stock exchange ontology by collecting customer attribute and incorporating stock exchange domain knowledge and the psychological knowledge of investment. The system generates the key seed according to the relativeness of ontology concepts based query extension and filtering and aggregation of crawled documents, then the system calculate the information value for items ranking in seeds. According to the comprehensive evaluations, we draw the conclusions that our method provide an effective solution for the Information service.
