At present, the full Spectrum Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometers (ICP-AES) has been widely welcomed by customers and its demand is growing. Because it has simultaneous multi-element rapid detection, selectivity, low detection limit, less the required characteristics of sample, However, China has been later than foreign countries in starting the manufacture of these instruments, and there are still difficulties to be resolved, so the full spectrum domestic commercial ICP-AES analyzer is still a blank, and the field was long dominated by foreign manufacturers. It shows that the localization of ICP-AES has a very important practical significance. Beijing Ke Chuang Hai Guang company is always at the cuttting edge of technology. Following the development of the China's first such single-channel ICP spectrometer and some other excellent products, they also set out to develop the full spectrum ICP spectrometer products. Now, some progress has been made. This thesis based on Beijing Ke Chuang Hai Guang company's full spectrum ICP-AES hardware platform, mainly studied the full spectrum ICP spectrometer's work process, analysed how it works in detail after familiar with the equipment of various parts of the hardware, and finally designed a simple and easy to use full spectrum ICP-AES analyzer software. Firstly, an overview of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer applications and comparative analysis were showed. Secondly, it introduced the spectrometer's hardware configuration and working principles, showed database design and the detailed design of various functional modules with screenshots. Finally, the experimental procedure and results were showed. This thesis is divided into six chapters content as follows:ChapterⅠ, Preface:The inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer are outlined; introduced the research background and significance; analyzed the strengths and limitations of such equipment; introduced such instruments' status at home and abroad.ChapterⅡ, Full Spectrum Analyzer ICP-AES operating principle and hardware components:a more detailed description of the full spectrum analyzer ICP-AES operating principle and hardware. Finally, the technical specifications of the spectrometer were given.ChapterⅢ, The Design of Full Spectrum ICP-AES Analyzer Software Overall Function and the Database:have introduced the design data across the board, carried out software requirements analysis, analysed and drawed an E-R diagram, designed a database table diagram; proposed software design program from the choice of development tools to the design of the overall function of the module.ChapterⅣ, The Detailed Functional Design of Full ICP-AES Analyzer Software:have introduced the design and development of software detailedly; given the functional modules software process; given the summary of the key skills and experience.ChapterⅤ, Experiment and Analysis:have controlled successfully CCD camera by using software and achieved the strongest line's information of the mercury, validated software functional modules, given the measured data, screenshots and the analysis of experimental results.ChapterⅥ, Summary and Outlook:have summarized the work of this topic, and given some prospects for spectrometer system combined with the instrument hardware and software status and software design problems encountered in the process.
