At present, most power grids set the transmission capacity of lines by the single ambient temperature, which does not reflect actual operation temperature and causes transmission capacity waste of the lines. Accordingly, under the precondition of maintaining the existing technical regulations and ensuring safe operation, this paper puts forward a technical strategy. Based on the real-time monitored information, this strategy can enhance the transmission capacity in certain meteorological conditions by calculating and analyzing based on the real-time monitor and verification in order to adjust dynamically the thermal stability load of transmission lines and to make great use of the most of their transmission capacity. This paper introduces a system based on the analysis of the increasingly tight power supply, and designs a dynamic capacity-increase mathematical model, and puts forward the method of verifying dynamic transmission capacity. Moreover, we analyze the requirement of real-time monitoring and dynamic capacity-increase system, and then we design the system module. Finally, we research on and develop a Web application system based on EJB component. We also research deeply on the real-time monitoring technology and dynamic capacity-increase technology of transmission lines during the development of system.
