This paper studies the morphology of blood vessels based on image segmentation techniques, the first images of blood vessels based on the minimum error method of piecewise-linear transformation method to enhance the pre-processing, followed by the blood vessels used for this experiment morphological characteristics of the image to select a specific structural elements for the morphological smoothing, noise reduction processing, and finally the smallest error method using Bayesian theory of object image and background image segmentation. Throughout the process we use images obtained from real-world experiment, the experimental results are verified and analyzed to ensure the effectiveness of treatment methods and results. Finally, the research encountered some problems and ideas of the outlook presented in this study further work on the basis of the direction and focus.
