Plenty of multi-variable systems in industrial process have characteristics of non-linear and strong coupling, so the control scheme is relatively complex. To achieve simple and effective control for such complex systems, the prediction function control is applied in multi-variable control system in this paper. First, based on the analysis of linear multi-variable prediction function control process, proper optimization is made. Then, it is applied in a two input and two output system. Finally, the coordinated control system of a fire plant is considered as the study object, neural network and multi-model prediction function control of nonlinear multi-variable system is applied in the coordinated control system, based on which, the control simulation is carried out and its results corroborate the validity and effectiveness. |
