In recent years, the rapid development of IT technology makes the domestic bank started the tide of centralization, banks have launched the system construction. The bank IT system data centralism construction, in business, can establish a uniform view of all for the bank. In the IT construction, can focus on the investment banking IT systems to accelerate the pace of building, thereby can enhance the competitiveness of the banking system. The Gold Card Front System for Bank is the important part of data centralism construction. Mainly handling forward transactions between banks and CUP,message switch and other business except for the core system.The system is complicated and involves many aspects,so the article selects clearing and settlement,makes a detailed analysis and design.According to the software engineering processes, this paper accomplishes analysis and design of the system. For the user and system characteristics,the console implements many function modules,for example, merchants information management, terminal information management etc, using B/S architecture model in form, using multi-level software functional framework in function, based on the MVC-based technical Structs+Spring framework. The system uses java as the programming language and uses XML configuration and Hibernate related technologies and follows some standard like EDI/XML, XML Signature, XML Encryption. The background system uses C/S architecture model in form, using unix systems and server Core processes are multi-process parallel processing. The core module implements many functions,for example data cleaning, historical data backup, clearing data, merchants accounting, file loading, process scheduling, and error handling.In order to improve stability and expansibility of the system,console and server use standard TCP/IP protocol to communicate.We use data partitioning technology to design the database.Base on the gold front system, this paper describes the needs of clearing and settlement,Analyse the logical relationship with external systems, data flow, the technical architecture and functional structure.In accordance with configuration management, we make detailed designd for each mudule. In order to achieve data centralization,we put anypay in the head office which belongs to branch features. We analyse capacity and performance of the database, we describe communication message that between the core module and console,as well as between process.We describe validation rule of nine branches about anypay in realization.Finally a detailed description of the system test results are given.Now, part of the system has been used successfully by bank. In a certain degree,it achieved data concentration, reduce maintenance costs and improve the bank's market competitiveness.
