Design And Implementation Of The Managing And Analyzing Systems For The Financial Cost

The information construction of financial circles is concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood, the banking information system is essential to a modern bank infrastructure and technological support environment. In the modern commercial banks, there are a wide range of banking information systems, which mainly support the operation of commercial banks, and manage a variety of information generated by people, material and financial flow. With rapid development of information construction, banking information system should not only be a simple bank's operations management, but also the financial cost analysis, forecasting processing, and thus to improve their own competitiveness. So, establishing the financial cost analysis management system is the inevitable requirement for the modernization of the commercial banks, and the natural trend for the international development.China Industrial and Commercial Bank, as a typical representative of large commercial banks, has achieved the accounting concentration from the network to the branch, the data to the centralized data center management since 2004. In fact, in the centralized management, ICBC has launched a lot of work, and forms a more mature management system and information system in the centralized management, but to adapt to international competition and financial supervision requirements. Commercial banks began to focus on their internal centralized management, such as financial management, budget management and human resources management, information technology and centralization, focus on how to establish their own profitable system, take attention to the standardization of market management; enhance the key competitiveness and so on.With constantly in-depth development of construction of sales department, the application of various information systems is more and more widely, resulting in resource information dispersion and duplication of the workload increase. Therefore, to design cost analysis system seems particularly essential, which combines various resources, reduces repeated workload, and promotes the rapid development of the sales department.In this paper, I mainly use an object-oriented method in the designing process, divide into need analysis, system designing, system implementation and software testing stage. This paper describes the system development background, the purpose of development and the entire detailed process form system requirement to achieving, introduces the characteristics of object-oriented methodology, this system development tools, and gives the representative interface display after the system implementation. Finally, this paper describes a complete system solution.
