Concept lattice is a direct result of formal concept analysis, which explains the partial order relation between formal concepts. The semantic Web ontology based on concept lattice has some advantages such as uniqueness and conciseness of the structure, so how to construct a concept lattice for constructing semantic Web ontology becomes a research hotspot. Currently, most researches focuse on the method of constructing precise concept lattice based on precise formal context, but only a little researches focuse on the method of constructing fuzzy concept lattice based on fuzzy formal context. As the data size increases, the artificial construction of concept lattice is not feasible, and there are very few tools which can construct concept lattices automatically. To solve the above two issues, this paper is committed to the research about the method and the system of constructing fuzzy concept lattice, in order to achieve automatic construction of fuzzy concept lattice based on fuzzy formal context.First of all, a method of constructing fuzzy concept lattice is proposed. This paper improves the method of constructing concept lattice, makes it suitable for constructing fuzzy concept lattice. Against the disadvantages that the existing methods can not deal with the fuzzy formal context, this paper chooses Bordat method which is mature now, redefines the process determining the top node and the algorithm obtaining the child nodes, and proposes the Bordat method of constructing fuzzy concept lattice.Secondly, a system of constructing fuzzy concept lattice is implemented. This paper analyses the differences of programs using different ways to achieve Bordat method of constructing fuzzy concept lattice, improves the method to enhance the efficiency and reduce the construction time. The input of the system is a fuzzy formal context, and the output is a fuzzy concept lattice and its Hasse diagram.Thirdly, a method of establishing fuzzy formal context is proposed. This paper uses multi-valued formal context as research data which can not be inputted into the system of constructing fuzzy concept lattice, proposes the method of establishing fuzzy formal context with the double ordinal scale, makes it be the input of the system.Finally, semantic Web fuzzy ontology with linguistic variables is established. Semantic Web fuzzy ontology with linguistic variables is established based on fuzzy concept lattice after defuzzification, and is described with OWL.
