Thermal deformation error of Phased Array Antenna is one of the most primary factor that influent electrical performance of antenna, so it is very necessary to lucubrate. However, in the process of thermal analysis for array plane of Phased Array Antenna, the traditional CAE technology wastes much time and do not possess apriority, which can not meet the needs of research. In view of this, the paper provides a new modeling method-Artificial Neural Network model to solve the above problems, and analyze the thermal deformation of Phased Array Antenna.First of all, the paper introduces the foundation theory and knowledge of Artificial Neural Network. Focus on the characteristic of circular array-plane Phased Array Antenna, a BP neural network model for thermal deformation prediction is constructed. After being tested, the BP network model is proved to have high prediction precision. Secondly, a model that is used to predict thermal deformation of rectangular array-plane Phased Array Antenna based on RBF neural network is constructed. Comparing the predicted data of RBF network model with ANSYS emulated data, the paper proves the model not only gets high prediction precision but also wastes little time. Taking the RBF network model as the research tool, the paper analyzes the influence to thermal deformation under the condition of different material property, geometry parameter and temperature. By programming, the influence to electrical performance of Phased Array Antenna with thermal deformation error in the condition of above factors is also analyzed. Finally, focus on the needs of engineering and project, the software which is used to run parameter modeling and thermal analysis of Phased Array Antenna is developed. The software is able to obtain the coordinate, thermal deformation and temperature data of radio cell, which helps to analyze structure and electrical performance of antenna. The software has applied for Computer Software Copyright.The paper has completed the pivotal study of thermal deformation of Phased Array Antenna based on Artificial Neural Network. The paper provides valuable guidance to improve the thermal design and electrical performance of Phased Array Antenna.
