In this paper, the research on the key technology and implication of sampling clocksynchronization in wireless OFDM and MIMO-OFDM receivers over high dynamicchannel is discussed.Firstly, the development of the mobile communication technology is introducedbriefly, followed by the summarization of mathematical principles and classic structureof OFDM and MIMO systems. And the basic characteristics and categories of thewireless fading channels are presented. On the basis of the digital signal processingtheory, the effect of sampling clock offsets was exploited on OFDM and MIMO-OFDMsystems. Then, the traditional evaluating and recoverying algprithms for sampling clocksynchronization are presented. Based on the classic algorithm in combination withspecial frame structure, the sampling clock synchronization scheme contained samplingclock offset estimation and recovery is proposed for TDS-OFDM and TD-LTE systemrespectively. All the proposed schemes are simulated on the MATLAB platform. It isshown that by using the proposed scheme, TDS-OFDM system performs greatly to thedata acquired in the actual scenes under the high dynamic channel condition. For theTD-LTE system, the performance of proposed scheme in the speed as high as 300km/his almost not degraded compared to that with the speed of 1km/h.
