Space Optical Communication will become the new direction of communication with the development of the high stable laser, laser controller, high sensitive receiver and electronic devices which are used for optical communication. APT (Acquisition, Pointing and Tacking) is the basis of the space optical communications. The precise detection of infrared laser facula position as a key technology of the APT system, will simplify the system and the structure.The Paper realized a precise detection of infrared laser facula position system based on QD which accuracy is 1μrad. The design is formed of electric current pretreatment, offset analog solution modules, sampling and transportation and computer operation. Then the cell tests and analyses the characteristic of the QD and analyses the factors which influent the performance of the detecting of QD.
