At present, with the development of control theory and electronic technology, the requirements of the strong adaptability and high degree of intelligence have been gradually improved. DSP has been widely used because of its small size, high performance and convenience. Conventional PID control algorithm has been widely used in many temperature controllers of industrial production processes such as chemical industry, food industry, etc. However, because of the parameters of the conventional PID temperature controllers must be manually adjusted by the technical workers, and the reaction time is long, so it can not meet the requirements of the strong adaptability and high degree of intelligence, and the application of the controllers has been limited.Fuzzy control has already become quite mature in many applications as a kind of intelligent control. The fuzzy control expresses a set of control laws by fuzzy control propositions, connects index functions with controlled variables and decides controlled variables by fuzzy assertions, regardless of internal factors of the system. Therefore, the fuzzy control is especially applicable for control objects of which parameters and structures are uncertain or unknown. But it is very difficult to obtain perfect control rules by the fuzzy control for relatively more complex control systems. The fuzzy control is a kind of humanoid operating process, and there are no strict theoretical bases for its stability.In this paper, a kind of simple fuzzy PID control strategy has been proposed after comparing advantages and disadvantages of the conventional PID control with the advantages and disadvantages of the fuzzy control. And the control strategy has been supported by theoretical analysis and experimental calibration. This article illustrates the software and hardware of system in detail, it mainly consist of the following parts: design of measuring temperature module, design of temperature control module, design of human-computer interface, design of the software of temperature control system and the system control algorithm&experimental test.
