Research And Design Of High School Test & Evaluation System Based On Data Mining

Informationization of education management is the current development trend of high school management. The modern management tools facilitates managers and a variety of powerful academic systems have changed the traditional information management methods, in which way the management become networking and advanced in the 21st century.College examination and evaluation system has a direct impact on the teaching level and teaching quality.For the students increasing every year,and discipline construction improved,the managers realize the complex of test management: it is more difficult for them to predict students'possessing knowledge and development,and the traditional analysis of the paper is hard to reflect the weakness of the teaching, the use of the test and evaluation system has become a trend, Based on data mining, I carry out the research and design evaluation system, not only for backup and inquiries of massive data ,but also provide the data indicator to analyze and decide for school leaders, teachers and students.Combined with the actual condition of the school and facing the new and higher requirement , I have designed the "Xinmin Normal College, Shenyang University, test and evaluation system, which contains test information collection, integrated processing, quantitative analysis and other functions of the examination and evaluation system to meet current regulatory requirements. The thesis starts with system works analysis and as well as system development environment. Compared with some popular development software, and this development software is chosen eventually,so the system is finished.The system collect test scores in all subjects such basic information by school network resources as the processing platform, extract valuable information from these massive data and make diagnostic test analysis and teaching, and also provide plans and basis for academic administrators. This paper focuses on online analytical providing decision support will enable network-based technology, examination and evaluation system to enhance its value, while data mining decision support technology is one of the methods.This thesis argues two aspects:Firstly, it focus on how to build test and evaluation systems, to provide real-time, dynamic, accurate and complete information, to ensure that the existing quality of management ;on the other hand, it focus on analysis of C4.5, decision tree construction algorithm and its application to the university examination and evaluation system, data retrieval and analysis of excavation, the formation of implementation plan for the practical application of the entire system. The system adopted B/S constructure (Browser/Server).This system only need running on Srever and the Client only require to install interconncetde computers with browers preinstalled. Security and stability of the SQL Server database management system to ASP for the development of tools for the implementation of system development.This system realized the use system's user management, the student basic information management, the score on the test to input and to calculate as well as the examination paper analysis management, the teaching effect and the quality of teaching forecast management and so on, brief introduction to every systems function:1. System management functionSystem management includes management to administrator and users accounts and password. Administrator's account and password can be modified in the system, and administrator has authorization to manage users'accounts and password.2. Student information management functionThe student information management mainly includes inputs each student's student number, the name, the specialty, the class and so on individual information, can realize operations and so on addition, deletion and revision, prepares for data stock for system's database construction.3. Score information management functionThe score information management mainly includes the input correspondence discipline, the corresponding class's and grade's all students test result, this part of work complete by the teaching classes teacher or the evaluate examination papers teacher, in the appendix form may automatic computation average minute, second-rate.4. Examination paper information management functionThe examination paper information management mainly includes uploads the examination paper picture which various branches already scanned, uses for to set up a file, simultaneously opens the super link the examination paper analysis appendix, the filling in course title, the teaching classes teacher, the department class, the test time, the inspection way, the topic minute value establishment, the taking an examination population, really tests the population, the difficulty level, the standard inferior related information, may make the revision and the consummation in certain permission time.5. Quality of teaching management functionthe quality of teaching management function is mainly the teaching gradation of effects which obtains through the decision tree method analysis with unions and so on teaching classes teacher, department class, from comments quality, teaching facility, note, forecasts the quality of teaching rank.The test and evaluation system is based on data mining.This is had considered fully system's usability and the feasibility, through the formulation detailed proof scheme, have carried on the confirmation and the application to each functional module, the test come out well, The whole system is always able to run efficiently and proceed and safety relatively huge accessing data. The system has achieved the design requirements basically, to carries on the error processing correctly, prompts the error message, has guaranteed the visit big data message ability. This system contact surface is friendly, This software can access database by telnetting to add,delete,modify and select data in database.The system techniques found that decision-making attributes the quality of teaching and curriculum development influence through the validation and application of the test data analysis,thus to offer support means for decision- making with the planning of teaching emphasis, discipline defect diagnosis, propositions and technology in improving the quality of teaching.
