In recent years, China's academic exchanges become more active and frequent, various types of journals doubled the number of articles, collection and review of articles become more cumbersome, make a higher demand of modernization of management of manuscripts and scientific. Automatically submitting, reviewing, acception of manuscripts and publishing and the whole process urgent need for the application of network technology, to promote the leap-forward development of the field of journal editors and the publication.Manuscript processing system through submission online, tracking online, review online to realize the entire manuscript remote paperless operation in submission / review process, to save paper costs in the back and forth between Mail and circulated in.In the same time, it also simplify the manuscript submission / review workflow, and realize dealing with the integration of online collaboration of authors, editors, reviewers and publishing house, to build a collaborative, network-based, the role of the editorial board of manuscript processing system.In this paper, considering the above problems and needs, we design and implemented a remote manuscript editing and processing system based on the Windows XP platform, web server tomcat, SQL Server 2000 database server, web design tools Dreamweaver CS3.0. The paper used Java, JSP, AJAX, JDBC and other related technologies. Through the analysis of system architecture and design, manuscript processing system use a remote edge of the B / S structure,and coordinate of the authors, editors, reviewers and the publication of the printing units, and many other roles.In the same time,it simplify the articles deal with the cumbersome process link, increase the timely information module, improve efficiency of editorial contributions. Experiments and test show that manuscript handling system in this article divided function modules rationally,had complete function,made the operation throughout the manuscript process stable, improved the efficiency of the editorial articles. The system has a good scalability, maintainability, portability and stability. The work of this paper made the practical application of good value, provided a certain significance reference to the similar work.The mainly structure of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1 mainly introduces the background of the research, main contents of our system.Chaper 2 mainly introduces our manuscript processing systems and development tools. Mainly introduces the related technologies including Java language characteristics, JSP, AJAX technique, JDBC technology, MyEclipse development tools, Tomcat Server, database SQL Server 2000 and web tools Dreamweaver, etc.Chaper 3 mainly introduces that analysis and design summary of our system. To the system structure and the requirement analysis, we completed the outline design and introduced the operation environment. Emphasis and difficulty of related technology was analyzed, and corresponding solutions was used.Chaper 4 mainly introduces that our system design and implementation. It includes system design pattern, the functional modules of the system design and system database design. At the same time, the key to the realization of a system function module shows corresponding source code, and the technical details of corresponding process are expatiated and analysis. Chaper 5 mainly introduces system debugging and operation. Including the function test and operation interface display, and verifies the effectiveness and stability of the system.Chapter 6 summarizes the study of the paper and further work. This summarizes the problems, the knowledge and further to complete the job. |
