Research On ESB Based E-Commerce Platform And Its Application

Nowadays, enterprise networks are usually deployed from different vendors with hundreds of applications. Between these separate systems rarely exsits a standard communication protocol, consequently it is very difficult for these different vendors to exchange data between applications. Due to the lack of standard platform for distributed enterprise applications, the cost and complexity of the development and deployment of business solutions have greatly increased. Many newly established systems are lack of the unified infrastructures, hence generating a lot of information isolated islands.The solution to this situation is integrating the service with the ESB(Enterprise Service Bus). This paper conducted a comprehensive and systematic introduction to ESB, the key component of supporting a service-oriented system, and also illustrate the roles and main functions of ESB in a service-oriented architecture.ESB is a newly middleware used to alleviate the above problems. This paper describes the background, development, research of ESB. Meanwhile, regarding the standards, hierarchical structures, technological advantages, problems and trends of ESB are also elaborated in the paper.This paper aims to analyze and research the complex applications of E-commerce which are applying ESB technology. Using Sun's open source ESB project Fuji project as an example, this paper analyzes the details of how the enterprise system can be routed from other architectures to service-oriented architecture via implementing ESB technology.The research method of this paper is collecting massive information of the lastest implementing cases which are related to ESB and E-commerce through the network, books and other ways. Forecasting the trends of E-commerce projects which are using ESB based on these research.At the same time, this paper gives the solution of how to achieve the best combination of ESB and E-commerce.Last but not least, the paper reaches to the conclusion that ESB is the best landing point of SOA implementation.
