Design And Implementation Mobile Phone Monitor System Based On J2ME

As the 3G era coming closer and the rapid development of multimedia technologies, multimedia applications based on wireless network technology is growing rapidly, and mobile video surveillance is one of them. Mobile surveillance operation meets the requirements of users who can conduct video surveillance and management to company,family and other places in the case of mobile scene, emergency scene or temporary application scence.On the basis of the reference to the vast literature, this paper made an overall design for mobile video monitor system based on J2ME through the study of the key relevant aspects of video monitor technology. By comparing to select the appropriate encoding and transmission protocol, this paper completed the video server structure. On the basis of the analysis of Web server-side management capabilities, this paper made a module division for client functionality, designed the management database and achieved the front desk management functions of server; Analyzing the characteristics of wireless network communication technology and learning J2ME, this paper gave the development plan of mobile client and initially achieved the function of the mobile client receiving video data to monitor.
