Due to the flexibility and the ability of long distance transmission, HF communication plays an important role in the fields of military communication. In this thesis, at the request of HF data link LINK-11 and the intercept system of HF 2G,3G, a hardware platform based on TMS320VC6713 DSP is introduced, and its application is given.First, the composition of HF data link LINK-11 and its operating principal are presented. Then, the function of the module of DSP hardware platform is given, and by programming the DSP6713, communications among DSP6713, AD9957 and TLV320AIC3106 are realized. Second, based on TMS320VC6713 DSP platform, how to recognize 8FSK and 8PSK modulated signals quickly and its MATLAB simulating result are given. At last, slide correlation and FFT technology to capture the synchronous sequence quickly are used in this system, and frequency offset is estimated. The project is simulated and tested in MATLAB to validate its correctness and feasibility.
